At The Canine Coach my Home Stays offer a comforting alternative to traditional kennels. Your beloved dog will enjoy a genuine home environment filled with enrichment, structured walks, playtime, and plenty of love. I am dedicated to making them feel right at home, ensuring peace of mind for you.

During their Home Stay, your dog will enjoy lots of fun and enriching activities. This includes structured, engaging bush walks around Sydney, stimulating scent games for mental exercise and calming, and confidence-building activities tailored to their needs. I focus on providing both physical and mental stimulation, helping them stay happy, balanced, and confident while you're away. It's more than just a stay; it's a holiday for your dog!

I understand how important your dog is to you. That’s why my Home Stays provide owners with ultimate peace of mind. You’ll receive regular updates, including photos and videos, showing how your dog is settling in and enjoying their time. Rest assured, your dog is in a safe, comfortable home environment, allowing them to relax and truly be themselves. As a qualified dog trainer I can read early signs of stress or behavioural changes, recognising if they feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable and respond appropriately to keep them feeling safe and calm. With extensive experience boarding many dogs, I ensure a smooth and joyful experience, with many repeat clients trusting The Canine Coach.

Rates
Day and overnight stay - 24hrs: E.g 9am - 9am the next day (single night) $110.00
Overnight stay for multiple nights (Consecutive nights receive a $10 discount per night) $100.00
Booking and payment
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s home stay. The remaining balance can be paid once the stay has been completed. This allows me to reserve your dog’s space
Availability
Home stay spaces are limited and fill up quickly, especially during peak periods. To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking well in advance to secure your dog’s place. Once my calendar is full, I’m unable to take on additional stays — so if you have dates in mind, it’s best to get in touch early.
Meet and Greet
A meet and greet is required for all new home stay clients. This gives me the opportunity to ensure your dog feels comfortable with me and in the environment. It also ensures I can provide the right level of care and support before confirming your booking, so both you and your dog feel confident and at ease.
